We offer a fully equipped eat-in Kitchen with a full size range, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker and blender. Next door to the Mafolie Hotel and Restaurant.
The space
Tastefully furnished apartment located on the Northside of St. Thomas, right above downtown (Main Street). Also within walking distance to Sib’s On The Mountain, a local restaurant (open from 4pm until 4am every day, plus breakfast service on weekdays!) with live music and great food! Mafolie Hotel & Restaurant is right next door and is well known for their amazing views.
The apartment has an outdoor patio off the living room, with an amazing harbor view, overlooking Water Island. There are two “Reserved for Residents” (free) parking spaces in front of the property. Lockbox provided for convenient check-in and/or check-out.
Centrally located, five minute drive to Downtown (Main Street), 10 minutes to Magen’s Bay, 7 minutes to the Charlotte Amalie Waterfront Ferry Terminal, and 10 minutes from STT Airport.
We are happy to provide concierge services: information about restaurants. beaches, shopping, activities, etc. There are also brochures, maps and guide magazines provided.
Public transportation is not very reliable and does not service residential areas, so it is best to rent a car. Taxi service can be called for pick ups and drop offs. We do not have Uber services on the island…as yet. We can arrange an air-conditioned taxi to pick you up at the airport or ferry dock and brought to the property.
The island of St. John is a 15 minute ferry ride away from St. Thomas and offers world-class beaches and a very eclectic vibe. Charter boats for day trips to the British Virgin Islands or fishing trips can be reserved also.
