The space

The Landmark building was built in 1837 and has a colorful history! It used to be the home of the Reverend of the Dutch Reformed Church. Polo Ralph Lauren had a Factory Outlet Store there for many years. It was even a Greek restaurant and bakery named Zorba’s, that was once visited by President Bill Clinton and First Lady Hillary Clinton. It has housed several art galleries – The Blue Turtle Art Gallery, the St. Thomas Art Gallery, and East meets West Art Gallery.

It is quirky in its layout but has every feature to ensure a comfortable stay. The three bedrooms feature two queen-sized beds and three twin beds. A queen size air bed can be provided upon request, for additional guests or children. There are 2 half baths (toilet and sink) and one separate shower. The full kitchen features a refrigerator, cooking range with oven, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker.

Guest access

There are two entrances to access the apartment; from Government Hill above the building, and you can take a flight of stairs down to the gated entrance, or from Garden Street (below the apartment), so you take the same flight of stairs up to the gated entrance of the courtyard. The private outdoor courtyard features a Buddha head fountain, a serene place to contemplate life
